I used this company when I remodeled my back house in 2010. 5 windows. I went with a less expensive model. If I believe they are vinyl with a way to unlatch them to make cleaning the outside of the windows easier. They are still in great shape 8 years later. I also have been pleased with them aesthetically as well. I'm planning a major remodel on my main house in the next couple of months if all goes as planned and intend to get an estimate from and will be very likely use their product and service again.
